{"id":1682,"date":"2020-07-09T15:00:58","date_gmt":"2020-07-09T13:00:58","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost\/emmaalessi\/megacle-olimpiade-vivaldi-vicenza-in-lirica\/"},"modified":"2025-11-20T19:29:26","modified_gmt":"2025-11-20T18:29:26","slug":"megacle-olimpiade-vivaldi-vicenza-in-lirica","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/emmaalessiinnocenti.com\/en\/megacle-olimpiade-vivaldi-vicenza-in-lirica\/","title":{"rendered":"Megacle in &#8220;L&#8217;Olimpiade&#8221; by Vivaldi | Vicenza in Lirica"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On July 3 and 4, role auditions were held in Vicenza for the opera <em><strong>L&#8217;Olimpiade<\/strong> <\/em>by Antonio Vivaldi, an opera studio project intended for young opera singers, organized by the Vicenza in Lirica Festival and the Concetto Armonico Association.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">More than 90 artists from all over the world participated in the live selection process.<br \/>\nThe examining board, composed of <strong>Sara Mingardo<\/strong> (contralto), <strong style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Francesco Erle<\/strong> (<span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">maestro conductor and concertmaster of the opera<\/span>) and <strong style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Andrea Castello<\/strong> (<span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">artistic director <\/span>of the <em style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Vicenza in Lirica festival<\/em> ), finally decreed seven winners, who will star in the Vivaldi production that will be staged on Sept. 5 and 8 at the Teatro Olimpico in Vicenza.<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">They are<\/span>:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Emma Alessi Innocenti<\/strong> (mezzo-soprano) &#8211; Megacle<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Daniela Salvo<\/strong> (alto) &#8211; Aristea<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Sandro Rossi<\/strong> (countertenor) &#8211; Licida<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Francesca Lione<\/strong> (mezzo-soprano) &#8211; Argene<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Maddalena De Biasi<\/strong> (soprano) &#8211; Aminta<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Patrizio La Placa<\/strong> (baritone) &#8211; Clistene<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"html-span xdj266r x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r xexx8yu x4uap5 x18d9i69 xkhd6sd x1hl2dhg x16tdsg8 x1vvkbs\"><strong>Elcin Huseynov<\/strong> (bass) &#8211; Alcandro<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Winners will be offered the opportunity to participate free of charge in the <strong>Advanced and Debut Opera Course<\/strong>, which will be held from August 20 to September 5, 2020, including a Masterclass on the art of recitative held by Maestro Sara Mingardo.
