Information about the event, location and organiser
Through the use of The Events Calendar, Events Calendar PRO, The Events Calendar Filter Bar, Eventbrite Tickets, and Community Events plugins, as well as our Event Aggregator Import service (contained in the The Events Calendar plugin), information may be collected and stored in this website’s database.
If you create, send, import, save or publish information about events, places or organizers, this information is kept in the local database:
- Information on the place: name, address, city, state, region, cap, telephone, website, geographic coordinates (latitude and longitude)
- Information about the organizer: name, telephone, website, email
- Event information: website, cost, description, date, time, image
Import of events, of the current venues and organisers:
- All data in a CSV or ICS file and external URLs (for events, venues, organizers and tickets)

Please note that to create new events via the Community Events upload module, a user must have a web account on this domain. This information is stored in the local database. You can also create anonymous events, if the site owner has enabled this option.
When you purchase Eventbrite Tickets, your participant, buyer and order information is stored and managed by Eventbrite.
